Whitsunday Islands Bareboat Charters
Esprit and Escapade are Seaway33 bareboats for charter.
Whilst described as bareboats, that being without a captain or crew,
they are far from bare. You and your family and friends become captain
and crew making these identical boats perfect to hire together for your
extended group, or individually for your private getaway.
Both of these 33 foot motor boats contain a king-size birth, a double-birth and a large single or small double sleeping area, sleeping up to 6 people. Great for Honeymooners, one couple or small families. Boat charter is a perfect way to experience the Whitsunday Islands and offers a very economical and romantic holiday.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin, allowing complete comfort throughout your stay aboard. All linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, sink, hob and grill and all crockery and cutlery. Fill your kitchen with provisions from the local supermarket, or why not splash out and let ‘Whitsunday Provisioning’ stock your vessel with all the food and drink you require ready for your arrival on board.

The Deck:
The outside areas of the boatdeck consist of a shaded seating area perfect
for enjoying your freshly caught fish on the BBQ with a large cool box
for any additional food and drinks. Above is further deck-room under a
shaded canopy. For sunlovers the decking area up front is perfect for
laying out your towel and catching some of that glorious Queensland sun.
There is also a swimming platform from which to launch yourself into those
beautiful turquoise waters.
Esprit and Escapade are perfect boats to learn boating and navigational skills. No sailing experience is required as you will receive a 4 hour tutorial/briefing covering cruising area, radio procedures, all systems and operational aspects of the vessel. You are then given a chance to demonstrate your boat handling and navigational skills before you set off as captain of your own crew.

Both rental boats are equipped with modern navigational equipment including GPS and depth sounder. You’ll feel at ease with the expert advice of the Whitsunday Escape staff on hand 24 hours a day on CB radio. They advise you of the best places to moor or anchor and keep you informed as to weather and tidal changes. Accompanying the Seaway 33 is an inflatable lifeboat that, with the additional safety equipment and first aid kit on board, fully complies with Queensland Transport standards.
